What is Meditation?
Meditation is an ancient practice that helps you go beyond your thoughts and focus deeper on yourself so that you can experience a more profound and connected sense of your true Self and your realities.
Medication techniques can include something as simple as focusing on the sound of a river or a flower and welcoming the beauty of that sense into your heart. It might also involve training the mind and heart to be receptive to the present moment for your awareness to awaken and expand.
The main aim of meditation is to inspire a sense of calm: spiritual connectedness, mental clarity, emotional tranquility, and physical, emotional relaxation.
Meditation may be done at any time or at any location however, early mornings are possibly the most meditative atmospheres. Your body is in restful states of self-nurturance especially during early mornings. Many spiritual people like monks usually rise at 3am and meditate for several hours.
You will learn:
In the first few mediations, you will learn to establish a connection to the forces of mind and energy using your awareness, breathing, and focusing your attention. Along the way, you will be encouraged to explore the more subtle realms of the psyche and consciousness.
You will discover the hidden powers laced within the ancient practices of meditation by committing to a few minutes per day of meditation. This will deepen your awareness and results are more likely to happen easily such as; stress, anxiety, and depression lessens, your mind chattered silences, sleep improves, focus and clarity is enhanced. You may feel a sense of balanced and your energy levels recharge creating a sense of calmness and enjoyment for life again.
